    So far so good, after a bad experience at The Alfa Workshop in Royston I went to these guys. They have a very pleasant service and the slightly follicly challenged chap is very knowledge and seems sound as a pound. Our car even went in there filthy dirty and was returned to us clean. Great. They also offered a courtesy car which Jamie Porter's Alfa Workshop never did. Some feedback is that it would be nice for them to know our contact details on a computer or something so I don't have to give it every time but then I've been going to my Uncle's garage in Stevenage (NTM Ltd) for years and they still ask...

    Having known the fault code on the car already, I went in to have two sensors swapped over and the fault cleared to see if it reoccurred on the other side. They were unable to swap sensors (not enough time that day), but charged £55 for diagnostics (which was just telling me the code I already knew). No other diagnostics were done and when I left I was none the wiser as to what the issue was. I was told to take it to the main dealership, who would be able to do full diagnostics and find the problem. The dealership charge was no more than this garage so I feel well and truely done.
